Q:
How can I be more slim & happy? |
|
A:
Sensible Dieting, Healthy Eating, Exercise and a Positive
Mental Attitude. |
|
Losing weight isn't rocket
science, all you have to do is diet (for example cut
down on the cheese burgers), eat more healthy foods
(for example fresh fruit & veg) and exercise more. |
|
Exercise needn't be a
dirty word - the mistake that most people make is
joining a gym. Just try some fast walking a few times
a week and you'll see & feel the difference. |

The Brutal Truth
|
|
Don't go on
a diet long term. Instead of going on a diet change
the way you eat over a period of a year. Don't become a
monk or beat yourself up if you have a cheeseburger every
week or so. But if you do have a burger have the small size
not the super-size you greedy fatty. |
|
Over a period
of time start eating more fruit - like a banana for
breakfast. You know all this already don't you? Don't go
to the gym. Instead change the way you live - that way you'll
stay happy & healthy rather than fat and fed up. Walk more
you lazy lard-ball - the more you walk the easier it gets
and the better you'll feel. Don't take the car everywhere.
If you're on an escalator walk up it
rather than just stand there like the
fat blob you are. |

Small positive
changes each month in the way you live will lead to
a better life. |
