Eat More Meat |
| So long as you drop the potatoes, and bread try eating more meat, chicken and fish - all with vegetables and salads. |

No Potato |
| You don't need to go on diet to drop all the carbs, but it' a good start to drop the spuds. This includes potato chips (have nuts instead), french fries and mash. |

Don't Take the Car |
| Don't take the car everywhere. If you're on an escalator walk up it rather than just stand there like the fat blob you are. |

Never Supersize |
| If you are in the mood for a burger or chicken wings or a taco have the small size with a bottle of water not the super-size with a can of soda you greedy fatty. |

Slim Out Slowly |
| Over a period of time start eating more fruit - like a banana for breakfast. You know all this already don't you? Don't go to the gym. Instead change the way you live - that way you'll stay happy & healthy rather than fat and fed up. Walk more you lazy lard-ball - the more you walk the easier it gets and the better you'll feel. |

Don't Go on a Diet |
| Don't go on a diet long term. Instead of going on a diet change the way you eat over a period of a year. Don't become a monk or beat yourself up if you have a cheeseburger every week or so. |

Don't Eat the Whole Bar |
| If you buy a bar of chocolate for a morning or afternoon snack, try just eating half of it and put the rest back in your draw or bag for later. You'll feel good about taking control and long term your waistline will thank you. |

Do You Eat Al-Desco? |
| If you eat lunch at your desk, ALWAYS go for a short walk aferwards. Even 5 mins will make a big difference to your afternoon (so long as you don't come back from your walk with a coffee and muffin!!). |

Feeling Bloated After Dinner? |
| So do the washing up and go for a 15 minute walk. You'll feel better, your bloatedness will reduce and you'll feel great coming home to a kitchen with no washing up. |

Chores are Good For You |
| When you're doing the laundry don't think of it as a chore - think of it as some useful exercise, and make sure your posture is good while you're doing it. Stretch, bend, get flexible. |

Don't Think |
| When you get up in the morning don't think "What shall I have for breakfast?". Instead, get yourself into the mechanical habit of starting with a fruitjuice or vitamin drink. This has the dual benefit of putting something good into your body and to kick off the day with some hydration - very important. |
